Returns & Refunds
At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our wonderful customers. If you have received a candle that is damaged, malfunctioning, or an incorrect item, we would like the opportunity to evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at txcandles@gmail.com for assistance. Make sure you include your name, phone number, and order number in the email along with the details about what is wrong with the items you received. Emails will be responded to Monday - Friday.
Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging your order for safe shipping, but sometimes things happen. If you receive an order that has been damaged while shipping, please contact us at txcandles@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. We'll ask that you send us a few photos of the damaged goods to help us identify the packaging/shipping issue.
